On Saturday we took the plunge and got Lizzie her first haircut. I found a great little shop geared toward kids near our house and made an appointment. 

The owner, Gina, was wonderful. Her shop was stocked with toys to capture the attention of little ones, and “The Little Mermaid” was playing when we walked in so I knew we were good to go! 

Although Lizzie didn’t want to sit in her own chair, she was ok sitting in my lap while her hair was trimmed.

And don’t worry, Gina did not chop off my girl’s golden curls. Just a little trim to get the hair out of her eyes.

We ended with a quick pic of our new favorite hair stylist! 😊
