This sweet munchkin is 4 months old and growing like a weed! She weighed in at over 15 lbs for her 4 month appointment and is 24 inches long. Those chunky thighs keep getting more juicy – as her pediatrician would say – and she’s a strong girl too. Her head control is on point, and she loves to sit up and check out the world from that perspective. Although she can’t quite sit up on her own, she has figured out how to use an arm as a tripod to keep herself up.

When Charlotte is on her tummy now, it doesn’t last long. She flips back over to her back in no time. And, she’s discovered her toes and is trying her best to bring them to her mouth. She has also found her voice and is enjoying shrieking with joy and giggling when something amuses her.

Overall, Charlotte is dealing with my transistion back to work pretty well. It helps that she’s being cared for by two of her favorite people, Gigi and Pops. She also takes a bottle – something her sister refused to do – so that makes it easier on all of us!

Life with this kiddo is pretty wonderful, and we can’t wait to see what month five has in store for our fam!
